In Crisis? Help is now a few clicks away
Netcare's new Live Crisis Chat offers the opportunity for anyone to chat online directly with a licensed social worker or counselor live, via a secure online chat service. While chatting, they can find out more information about Netcare's services or ask for help for themselves or a loved one.
When the Live Crisis Chat is available and a counselor is ready to chat a red tab appears on the left-hand side of any page on Netcare's website and also on the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board (ADAMH) of Franklin County website. Chatters can access the service from a computer or mobile device that's connected to the Internet.
